  1. What is TRIUM CARD?

    TRIUM CARD is a programme that rewards member with TRIUM POINTS for every Ringgit spent at participating nichii, kitschen and dressingpaula stores.

    Note: For list of updated participating stores, please check Locate Us in www.triumcard.com.

  2. Who is eligible for TRIUM MEMBERSHIP?

    This programme is open to all Malaysians and/or Permanent Residents who possess a valid Identification Card or Passport.

    For those under the age of 18, parental/legal guardian consent must be sought before applying for the membership.

  3. Where do I apply for TRIUM MEMBERSHIP?

    You can submit application via:

    • TRIUM CARD website(www.triumcard.com)
    • All participating nichii, kitschen and dressingpaula stores.
  4. Where can I use my TRIUM MEMBERSHIP?

    Please visit www.triumcard.com for the list of updated participating nichii, kitschen and dressingpaula stores.

  5. Are there any TRIUM MEMBER fees? Annual subscription?

    TRIUM MEMBERSHIP is FREE. (However, if you require a physical TRIUM CARD to be issued, a processing fee of RM10.00 will be charged.)

    Essentially, TRIUM CARD is a cardless loyalty system where you can check the status of your points and redemption via:

    • TRIUM CARD website (www.triumcard.com)
    • All participating nichii, kitschen and dressingpaula stores (Locate Us).
    • You can also download TRIUM CARD mobile app in iTunes and Google Play to submit an application.
  6. What is the validity of TRIUM MEMBERSHIP?

    TRIUM MEMBERSHIP, TRIUM POINTS and TRIUM ID do not expire.
    *TRIUM CARD Loyalty Programme Management reserves the right to omit, add or amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

  7. How do I renew my TRIUM MEMBERSHIP?

    No renewal is necessary (Refer Q6).

  8. How many accounts can I have? And any supplementary cards?

    One valid identification card (I/C) or passport to ONE (1) account.
    There is no supplementary card.

  9. What is the difference between opting for a physical TRIUM CARD and going cardless?

    There is no difference. Both options will still allow you to access your TRIUM ID and related matters.

  10. Is the TRIUM MEMBERSHIP, TRIUM ID, TRIUM POINTS and TRIUM e-Voucher transferable or can be shared with others?

    TRIUM CARD, TRIUM MEMBERSHIP, TRIUM ID, TRIUM POINTS and TRIUM e-Voucher are strictly non-transferable.

    TRIUM ID and TRIUM POINTS are not exchangeable for cash nor to be transferred, resold, traded without prior written consent of the management.

    The use of TRIUM ID, TRIUM CARD, TRIUM POINTS and TRIUM e-Voucher are fully governed by TRIUM CARD Loyalty Programme terms and conditions.

  11. Is there any TRIUM CARD issuance once I am a TRIUM MEMBER?

    TRIUM MEMBER may opt for card or cardless.

    There will be a processing fee of Ringgit Malaysia Ten (RM10.00) for TRIUM CARD issuance.

    If no card is required, you can still access your TRIUM ID, TRIUM POINTS and TRIUM e-Voucher (where applicable) via:

    • TRIUM CARD website (www.triumcard.com)
    • All participating nichii, kitschen and dressingpaula stores (Locate Us).
    • You can also download TRIUM CARD mobile app in iTunes and Google Play to submit an application.
  12. What if I lose my TRIUM CARD?

    TRIUM MEMBER can be identified and access their profile with other methods (Refer Q11) and TRIUM ID will remain active*.

    *subject to management's decision in cases where fraud or foul play is suspected, the account may be suspended for investigation.

    However, a fee of Ringgit Malaysia Ten (RM10.00) will be charged for physical replacement (Refer to Q13).

    TRIUM MEMBER must file a 'Lost Card' report at a participating store or send an email to enquiries@triumcard.com. TRIUM MEMBERS are advised to safeguard their login details and password as well as PIN number.

    The Management will not be responsible for any loss, abuse, fraud and/or foul play of the TRIUM ID and its related benefits.

  13. How do I request for a replacement card?

    For TRIUM CARD replacement, a fee of Ringgit Malaysia Ten (RM10.00) will be charged. You may apply for a new replacement TRIUM CARD at nichii, kitschen and dressingpaula stores.

    A new TRIUM CARD (with new card number) will be issued within 3-5 working days and is to be collected at specified store. TRIUM CARD must be collected within 2 months from the date of request.

  14. What will happen to the information and TRIUM POINTS stored in the replaced TRIUM CARD?

    TRIUM ID remains the same and there will not be any deduction and forfeit of TRIUM POINTS.

    This, however, does not constitute cases of abuse, foul play and/or fraud. In which case, The Management will not be responsible for any loss, abuse and/or foul play of the TRIUM ID and its related benefits.

    TRIUM MEMBERS are advised to safeguard their login details and password as well as PIN number.

    For troubleshooting, you can write in to enquiries@triumcard.com with your full name, IC number and contact number and a TRIUM CARD representative will get in touch with you.

  15. What are the methods of identification for TRIUM MEMBER(s)?
    • TRIUM ID.
    • TRIUM Card (if any).
    • QR code in TRIUM CARD Mobile Application.
    • Registered Identification Card or Passport number.
  16. What does a TRIUM MEMBER enjoy?
    • Accumulate every Ringgit spent across 3 participating brands: nichii, kitschen and dressingpaula qualify for TRIUM POINTS. (Note: As more brands and stores will be adopting the TRIUM CARD Loyalty Programme in due course, please check Locate Us on www.triumcard.com for an updated list of locations).
    • RM50.00 worth of TRIUM e-Vouchers with every accumulated 500 TRIUM POINTS in all participating outlets.
    • Birthday Bonus of 100 TRIUM POINTS.
    • First-hand information and special invitations to events.
    • TRIUM MEMBER specials such as priority admission or qualification to sale and promotional events.
  17. What if I lose my mobile phone?

    TRIUM MEMBER still can identify and access their profile with other methods (Refer Q15) and TRIUM ID will remain active*.
    *subject to management's decision if fraud or foul play is suspected.

    In this case, TRIUM MEMBERS are advised to immediately reset PASSWORD and PIN using the website (www.triumcard.com).

    TRIUM MEMBERS are also advised to safeguard their login details and password as well as PIN number. The Management will not be responsible for any loss, abuse and/or foul play of the TRIUM ID and its related benefits.

  1. Where can I accumulate TRIUM POINTS?

    As more brands and stores will be adopting the TRIUM CARD Loyalty Programme in due course, please check Locate Us on www.triumcard.com for an updated list of locations.

  2. How does a TRIUM MEMBER receive their TRIUM POINTS?

    Provide TRIUM MEMBER identification (i.e. TRIUM card or QR Code on mobile phone) prior to your purchases which will then be captured into the system at participating nichii, kitschen and dressingpaula stores.

  3. How is the TRIUM POINT calculated?

    RM1.00 = 1 TRIUM POINT (all cents will round up). Only end value as per receipt will be converted to TRIUM POINT(s).

    Accrual of TRIUM POINT(s) will be based on end paying value (after deducting TRIUM e-Vouchers, nichii, kitschen and dressingpaula cash vouchers, internal discounts, markdown, sale, value buy and other promotional items).

    TRIUM CARD Loyalty Programme Management reserves the right to omit, add or amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

  4. Where can I check my TRIUM POINTS balance?

    You can keep track of your TRIUM POINTS and related transactions via:

    • TRIUM CARD website (www.triumcard.com)
    • TRIUM CARD mobile application.
    • All participating nichii, kitschen and dressingpaula stores (Locate Us).
  5. Can I earn TRIUM POINTS from previous purchase(s) or backdated receipt?

    No. Only same day, same store receipts will be accepted.

  6. Is the TRIUM POINT transferable or can it be shared with another TRIUM MEMBER?

    No. TRIUM CARD, TRIUM MEMBERSHIP, TRIUM ID, TRIUM POINTS and TRIUM e-Voucher are strictly non-transferable.

    TRIUM ID and TRIUM POINTS are not exchangeable for cash nor to be transferred, resold, traded without prior written consent of the management.

    The use of TRIUM ID, TRIUM CARD, TRIUM POINTS and TRIUM e-Voucher are fully governed by TRIUM CARD Loyalty Programme terms and conditions.

  7. Can I use TRIUM CARD with other promotions?

    Subject to terms & conditions and approval.

    TRIUM CARD Loyalty Programme Management reserves the right to omit, add or amend the terms and conditions for promotions without prior notice.

  8. What is the validity of TRIUM POINT?

    There is no expiry for TRIUM POINTS. TRIUM POINTS will be forfeited upon TRIUM MEMBERSHIP termination. No refund of cash or replacement will be made upon termination.

  9. Is there a minimum TRIUM POINT's amount to be maintained?

    No.

  10. What will happen to my TRIUM POINTS when I refund my purchase?

    All items bought at nichii, kitschen and dressingpaula stores are strictly non-refundable and are subject to nichii, kitschen, dressingpaula and TRIUM CARD Loyalty Programme terms and conditions. The respective management reserves the right to make a final decision.

    All items redeemed with TRIUM e-Voucher are deemed final and are not returnable, refundable and/or exchangeable.

  11. What happens to my TRIUM POINTS if I cannot access the system during my purchase?

    • Store representative will help you contact TRIUM CARD representative to verify your TRIUM ID.
    • Once your TRIUM ID has been verified by our TRIUM CARD representative, TRIUM POINTS will still be awarded into your TRIUM ID manually. This may require 3 to 5 working days for processing. You may need to fill in a Manual TRIUM POINTS Awarding Form.
    Only same day, same store receipts will be accepted to earn TRIUM POINTS from previous purchase(s).
  12. TRIUM POINTS will not be awarded for the following types of transactions:
    • Third-party voucher, coupons, promotions, discounts and value buy including but not limited to offers not recognised by the respective brand/store.
    • Any online purchases, wholesale purchases or purchases made in consignment counters.
    • Delivery charges, repair work, service charge and card request fee.

    *subject to change without prior notice at the discretion of the TRIUM CARD Loyalty Programme terms and conditions.

  13. My birthday is on May and I registered as a TRIUM MEMBER on June 1st, am I entitled for Birthday Bonus?

    Birthday Bonus will be awarded within the individual TRIUM MEMBER's birthday month ONLY. The monthly cut off falls on the last day of the month at 11:59:59pm.

    You will be awarded the Birthday Bonus the following year.

  1. How do I qualify for TRIUM e-Voucher?

    A TRIUM MEMBER will qualify for a TRIUM e-Voucher worth of Ringgit Malaysia Fifty (RM50.00) for every 500 TRIUM POINTS accumulated.

    TRIUM e-Voucher will be sent via:

    • Email.
    • SMS (TRIUM CARD Loyalty Programme Management will NOT be responsible for any failure or late arrival of messages).
    • TRIUM CARD mobile application.
    • TRIUM CARD website (www.triumcard.com).
    • All participating nichii, kitschen and dressingpaula stores will be able to load all valid TRIUM e-Vouchers (Locate Us).

    *Note: TRIUM CARD Loyalty Programme Management shall make all reasonable endeavours to ensure an SMS and/or email is sent to the respective TRIUM MEMBER. However, TRIUM CARD Loyalty Programme Management is not responsible for nor have any control whatsoever on any SMS and/or email traffic congestion, network failure and/or interruptions and/or congestion on the part of the respective Telco/Email Service Provider or for any other reason whatsoever during the process of sending the SMS and/or email to the Designated Number and/or Email Address of the TRIUM MEMBER which may result in the delay and/or failure of the SMS and/or email being transmitted.

  2. How do I redeem my TRIUM POINTS for TRIUM e-Voucher?
    • Provide TRIUM MEMBER identification prior to every transaction.
    • Enter/Select the total amount of TRIUM e-Voucher to be redeemed.
    • Key in the Personal Identification Number (PIN).
    • Settle any balance payment (end value of receipt will earn TRIUM POINTS).

    Any transaction using TRIUM e-Voucher will be deemed final; items purchased along with TRIUM e-Voucher can NOT be returned nor exchanged. TRIUM e-Voucher will not be replaced or refunded either in e-Voucher or cash format once redeemed.

  3. How are the TRIUM POINTS calculated?

    RM1.00 = 1 TRIUM POINT (all cents will rounded up). Only end value as per receipt will be converted to TRIUM POINT(s).

  4. Can I request for a TRIUM e-Voucher replacement?

    No, there will be no replacement of TRIUM e-Voucher in the event that a TRIUM e-Voucher :

    • passed expiry.
    • lost.
    • once redeemed.

    Any transaction using TRIUM e-Voucher will be deemed final, items purchased along with TRIUM e-Voucher can NOT be returned nor exchanged. TRIUM e-Voucher will not be replaced or refunded either in e-Voucher or cash format once redeemed.

    TRIUM e-Voucher can NOT be partially redeemed. Any unused or unredeemed value will be forfeited and no replacement or refund either in e-Voucher or cash format once redeemed.

    TRIUM MEMBERS are advised to be mindful and safeguard their own TRIUM ID, TRIUM POINTS and TRIUM e-Voucher. TRIUM CARD Loyalty Programme Management will NOT be liable for any misuse, abuse or personal PASSWORD and PIN security breaches.

  5. What is the validity for TRIUM e-Voucher?

    Thirty (30) days from the date of issuance.

    There will be no replacement of TRIUM e-Voucher if TRIUM e-Voucher passed expiry and/or once redeemed (Refer to Q4).

  6. What will happen to my TRIUM e-Voucher if passed expiry?

    There will be no replacement for TRIUM e-Voucher passed expiry (Refer Q4).

  7. What will happen if I lose my TRIUM e-Voucher?
    As it is an e-Voucher recorded in the system, TRIUM MEMBERS will able to check all valid TRIUM e-Voucher(s) via:
    • TRIUM CARD mobile application and website (www.triumcard.com) will be able to load all expired and valid TRIUM e-Voucher.
    • All participating nichii, kitschen and dressingpaula stores will be able to load all valid TRIUM e-Voucher (Locate Us).
  8. Can I accumulate TRIUM e-Vouchers?

    Yes, you may as long as all TRIUM e-Vouchers are still within the validity period of thirty (30) days from the date of issuance.

    There will be no replacement of TRIUM e-Voucher if TRIUM e-Voucher passed expiry and/or once redeemed (Refer to Q4).

    TRIUM e-Voucher can be combined for use with nichii, kitschen or dressingpaula CASH VOUCHER.

    TRIUM e-Voucher can NOT be combined or used with third party vouchers, coupons, promotions, discounts and value buy, including but not limited to offers not recognised by the respective brand/store.

  9. Are the goods redeemed with TRIUM e-Voucher returnable, refundable and/or exchangeable?

    Any transaction using TRIUM e-Voucher will be deemed final, items purchased along with TRIUM e-Voucher can NOT be returned nor exchanged. TRIUM e-Voucher will not be replaced or refunded either in e-Voucher or cash format once redeemed.

  10. How do I receive my TRIUM e-Voucher?
    • Email.

  12. What happens if I wish to use my TRIUM e-Voucher (or expiring TRIUM e-Voucher) when TRIUM CARD system is inaccessible?

    Store representative may do a quick manual redemption upon confirmation of your TRIUM ID. You will then need to fill up Manual TRIUM e-Voucher Redemption Form.

    TRIUM MEMBERS are advised to change their PIN - required upon TRIUM e-Voucher redemption (6 digits long) after ANY Manual TRIUM e-Voucher redemption.

    TRIUM MEMBERS are advised to be responsible for their own TRIUM ID, TRIUM POINTS and TRIUM e-Voucher. TRIUM CARD Loyalty Programme Management will NOT be liable for any misuse, abuse or personal PIN security breaches.

  13. I am able to see a valid TRIUM e-Voucher in my mobile application and in the TRIUM CARD system, but I am not able to use it. What should I do?

    Approach any of our store representatives and they will assist you further or you may email to enquiries@triumcard.com for troubleshooting.

  1. What is the purpose of a Password and PIN?

    Password - required when logging in to TRIUM CARD website and TRIUM CARD mobile application. (8 alphanumeric long)

    PIN - required upon TRIUM e-Voucher redemption. (6 digits long)

    TRIUM MEMBERS are advised to be responsible for their own TRIUM ID, TRIUM POINTS and TRIUM e-Voucher. TRIUM CARD Loyalty Programme Management will NOT be liable for any misuse, abuse or personal PIN security breaches.

  2. How do I change my password and PIN?
    • Login to TRIUM CARD website and use "Update Password/Pin" function.
    • Through TRIUM CARD mobile application, Password can be updated.
  3. What if I forget my password?

    Use the "Forget Password" function at Member Login page of TRIUM CARD website, to reset the password.

  4. What should a TRIUM MEMBER do when there is suspicion of TRIUM MEMBER identify theft?

    Report to TRIUM CARD Loyalty Programme Management, by email, at enquiries@triumcard.com.

    While every effort will be taken to safeguard and recover your TRIUM ID and its related benefits, The Management will not be responsible for any loss, abuse and/or foul play of the TRIUM ID and its related benefits.

  5. What if I lose my mobile phone?

    TRIUM MEMBER can still be identified and access their profile with other methods:

    • TRIUM ID.
    • TRIUM Card (if any).
    • Registered Identification Card or Passport number.

  6. I just changed my email address and contact number, who should I notify?

    You are required to notify the TRIUM CARD Loyalty Programme Management via email at enquiries@triumcard.com with valid TRIUM ID, TRIUM CARD (if any), IC number.

    TRIUM CARD representative will try to update this information on your profile. TRIUM CARD Loyalty Programme Management will NOT be responsible for any failure or late arrival of messages.

  7. Is my TRIUM CARD number same as my TRIUM ID?

    No.

    TRIUM CARD consist of 16 digits.

    TRIUM ID consist of 12 digits.

    In which case, you can still access your profile using either one.
