Terms & Conditions

TRIUM ID Terms and Conditions (both card and cardless membership ID)

  1. NFC Clothier Sdn Bhd, Kitschen Sdn Bhd and DPL International Sdn Bhd here in referred to as TRIUM CARD Loyalty Programme Management.
  2. Applications are open to all aged 16 years and above. However, if you are below the age of 18, please notify your parent/legal guardian.
  3. TRIUM CARD is not a credit card or a charge card.
  4. Employees of NFC Clothier Sdn Bhd, Kitschen Sdn Bhd and DPL International Sdn Bhd are not eligible to apply for the use of TRIUM ID, unless according to business requirements. Violation will be surrendered to legal regulations.
  5. TRIUM MEMBER is a free lifetime sign-up programme.
  6. TRIUM CARD is issued for use solely by TRIUM MEMBER and is not transferable. One (1) person can hold only one TRIUM ID at one (1) time. No corporate or joint card holders are allowed.
  7. TRIUM MEMBER must present their valid TRIUM CARD(if any), or TRIUM ID to the cashier before any transaction to ensure that the spending amount is recorded and accumulated. Failure to do so, the transaction amount will not be taken into account for rebates or points accumulation.
  8. All TRIUM correspondences and/or promotional information shall only be forwarded to TRIUM MEMBERS.
  9. There will be a fee of Ringgit Malaysia Ten (RM10.00) for any issuance of TRIUM CARD (optional) or any form of replacement card; lost, damaged, etc. A TRIUM CARD request form must be filled up and the RM10.00 fee paid together when submitting the form. TRIUM POINTS will still remain in the system, and there will neither be any deduction nor forfeiture of TRIUM POINTS from the card replacement.
  10. TRIUM CARD issuance will take 5-7 working days from the day of the card request and the TRIUM CARD must be collected from the chosen store within 2 months of the requested date.
  11. Every Ringgit Malaysia One (RM1.00) spent in participating stores under TRIUM CARD Loyalty Programme shall be converted to one (1) TRIUM POINT as per receipt value. All Cents will be rounded up.
  12. TRIUM POINTS will not expire.
  13. The following items are not included in TRIUM POINTS' calculation;
    • Third-party vouchers, coupons, promotions, discounts and/or "value buy" including but not limited to offers by third-party.
    • Any online purchases and/or purchases made in consignment counters.
    • Delivery charges, repair works, service charges and/or card request fees.
  14. TRIUM POINTS' collection entitlement in TRIUM ID is final and no further correspondence will be entertained.
  15. TRIUM POINTS accumulated are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other items except TRIUM e-Voucher of Ringgit Malaysia Fifty (RM50.00) with every accumulated 500 TRIUM POINTS.
  16. TRIUM e-Voucher can be accumulated as long as it is still within the validity date of thirty (30) days of issuance. TRIUM e-Voucher passed expiry date will not be accepted nor extended.
  17. TRIUM e-Voucher is not to be partially redeemed. Any unused or unredeemed value will be forfeited.
  18. TRIUM e-Voucher will be sent to the respective TRIUM MEMBER via SMS, Email, any participating nichii, kitschen and dressingpaula outlets (will be able to only load VALID TRIUM e-Vouchers), TRIUM CARD website or TRIUM CARD mobile application. TRIUM CARD Loyalty Programme Management will not bear any responsibility for messaging (SMS or Email) failure or late arrival. TRIUM MEMBER shall check their TRIUM POINTS in any participating stores or TRIUM CARD website (www.triumcard.com) or TRIUM mobile applications if they have not received any SMS notification during the stated period.
  19. TRIUM POINTS accumulated are non-transferable, assignable and/or salable to any other party.
  20. Only valid TRIUM MEMBER holding a valid TRIUM ID and/or TRIUM CARD with sufficient points are eligible for TRIUM e-Voucher.
  21. TRIUM MEMBER is required to produce their TRIUM CARD (if any) or valid TRIUM ID upon redemption of TRIUM e-Voucher. Pin will be requested upon redemption.
  22. Upon TRIUM CARD Loyalty Programme Management acceptance of the redemption order, TRIUM MEMBER shall not revoke, cancel, return or exchange the gift redemption item(s).
  23. TRIUM MEMBER may log into mobile webs (www.triumcard.com), TRIUM phone application or visit any participating stores to check the latest TRIUM POINTS balance.
  24. TRIUM CARD Loyalty Programme Management reserves the right to adjust the points' teirs or requirements, as well as substitute or replace items with items of similar or equilvalent value without prior notice.
  25. TRIUM CARD Loyalty Programme Management reserves the right to deduct the balance of TRIUM POINTS accumulation in the event that;
    • Any point is suspected of being fraudulently recorded;
    • Any point is recorded in error; or
    • Any point related to a transaction which has been cancelled or where a refund has been given.
  26. TRIUM CARD Loyalty Programme Management reserves the right to use and utilise the database information for marketing purposes.
  27. TRIUM CARD Loyalty Programme Management reserves the right to decline the issuance or withdrawal of TRIUM MEMBER at any time or terminate membership as and when necessary without any prior notice.
  28. TRIUM CARD Loyalty Programme Management reserves the right to suspend or terminate this loyalty programme at any time as it deems necessary without any prior notice.
  29. TRIUM CARD Loyalty Programme Management reserves the right to omit, add or amend the TRIUM CARD Loyalty Programme terms and conditions without prior notice. Any new or amended terms and conditions will override the existing TRIUM CARD Loyalty Programme terms and conditions.
  30. TRIUM MEMBER and TRIUM POINTS accumulation are only valid in participating stores under TRIUM CARD Loyalty Programme.
